Who are we looking for?

Provide technical and chemical support to assigned customers in chemistry solutions (industrial plating field)

What will you be doing?

Visit and work at customer factories daily to ensure production quality.

Build and maintain an intimate relationship with customers.

Contact point for technical support to customers

Follow and manage chemistry on stock of each customer, in factories / in line and consumption.

Follow production and productivity to control and improve quality.

Confirm and resolve technical issues, trouble shooting

Analysis chemicals, products, sample at Lab facility if needed for issues, quality controlling.

Who are You?

Bachelor’s Degree of Chemistry

Someone who has experience and knowledge in the chemical industry is preferred.

Experience in Electroplating will be an added advantage.

What competencies will you need?

Good at multi-tasking.

Good communication skill with the Team

Good communication skill by English (Intermediate) and Mandarin (Intermediate)

Candidate who passed HSK (Level 4) and TOEIC 450+ is preferred.

Well communication, situation handling skills.

Be dynamic and have responsibility.
