Senior Developer Footwear

YOUR MISSION

Responsible for managing the footwear product development process by supporting the respective Business Units and directly interact with supply partners to provide an effective transition of footwear designs from prototyping into production. Handle development projects with the guidance and support of the Team Leader Development

Receive Tech packages and prepare / review with factory to prepare samples. Communicate all product, shipping, tracking, material ideas and issues between factory and overseas team

Key support on tracking reports and shipping documents. Build and guide tech system confirmation specs with factory creation

Ensure all confirmed tech packages are accurate and on schedule to support C&E teams and timeline. Meet and influence product quality to meet highest standard during each phase of sampling

Order from HQ and work with Development team and factories. Working with factories on the delivery date when placing order

Order summary / outstanding report to factory once a week. Checking shipping document before delivery. Checking the shipping details in the sample system and debit note after sample delivery

YOUR TALENT

• At least 4- 6 years experience in footwear development
• Brand driven experience is a plus
• Work well in a task and timeline driven environment with ability to meet schedules
• Strong language skills in English, Chinese Mandarin is a plus.
• Ability and eagerness to learn quickly
• Can-do” attitude, solution oriented mentality
• Dynamic and energetic personality
• Flexibility regarding working hours e.g. project deadline requires overtime
