Oversees guest-facing areas including Bell / Door Services, Switchboard, Guest Services, and Front Desk, with a strong focus on service quality and consistency.
Works closely with managers and frontline associates to implement service standards, procedures, and brand initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction throughout check-in, stay, and check-out.
Proactively engages with guests to understand their needs, handle feedback, and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
Ensures both guest and employee satisfaction by fostering a positive service culture and providing on-the-job coaching related to guest engagement and service excellence.
Collaborates with relevant departments to deliver personalized experiences and “surprise & delight” moments aligned with brand standards.
