Join our team as an HRIS Functional Consultant and leverage your expertise to implement and optimize HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM Cloud.
Your Missions:

Implement and configure one or more modules within Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM (e.g., Core HR, Talent, Compensation, Learning, Performance, Time & Attendance).

Gather and analyze client HR requirements and translate them into functional system solutions.

Collaborate with integration and data migration teams for smooth deployment.

Provide post-implementation support (AMS), including issue resolution and system maintenance.

Support testing phases, go-live activities, and user training sessions.

Assist with system upgrades and the rollout of new features.

Contribute to change management and promote user adoption.
Your Profile:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM (implementation or support).

Strong knowledge of HR processes and HRIS workflows.
-
Proven experience configuring at least one HRIS module.

Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Consulting or client-facing experience is a plus.

Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle Certification is a strong advantage.

Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
