Our client is a fast-growing electronics manufacturer who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

Assist PE team in new product implementation, including testing, inspection, and evaluation.

Monitor and optimize production performance to meet operational targets.

Leverage technical expertise to resolve production issues and guide process improvements.

Implement established procedures, modify workflows, and refine production processes for enhanced efficiency.

Strictly adhere to ISO requirements, ensuring the use of controlled and up-to-date document versions.

Oversee production workshops and train employees on 5S safety standards and workplace discipline.

Train and upskill staff and team leaders to enhance technical and operational competencies.

Ensure product manufacturing aligns with quality, performance, cost, and delivery objectives.

Requirements

College’s degree or above in relevant fields.

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in foreign-invested company.

Understanding of ISO 9001 and principles of lean manufacturing.

Chinese proficiency is required, speaking English is a plus but not mandatory.

Strong communication and training skills, good at teamwork.
