What You will Do :
Manage performance campaigns (TikTok Ads Manager) - from budgeting and creative briefs to optimization and reportingIntegration expertise – master our B2B brand MerchOne × TikTok Shop workflows; document best-practice playbooks for sellers.Seller onboarding – prospect TikTok Shop merchants, run demos, assist with catalogue sync, shipping set-up and first campaign launch.Growth consulting – analyse seller dashboards, recommend creative, pricing or ad-spend changes to lift GMV.Cross-border coordination – liaise with EU & US factories on order forecasts, peak-season capacity and SLA adherence.Performance tracking – build weekly scorecards on GMV, fulfilment speed, returns and customer satisfaction.Policy monitoring – stay on top of TikTok Shop updates, compliance changes and promotional programmes; educate sellers promptly.Case-study creation – capture wins, compile success stories and share internally to replicate high-ROI tactics.A / B test content hooks, CTAs, ad formats, and targeting – and kill what doesn’t work fastOwnership – Own the TikTok revenue number and grow it like it’s your personal walletPreferred Background :
3–6 years of experience in performance marketing or growth rolesAt least 1–2 years hands-on TikTok Ads experience (you must know the platform)Proven track record of driving revenue through short-form video (UGC, ads, influencers, etcStrong analytical mindset - you live in dashboards and dream in CTRsExceptional creative instincts - you get TikTok culture and what goes viralBonus : Experience working with DTC, e-commerce, or creator economy brandsFluent in English language, written and spokenProactive, solution-oriented mindset with a high sense of responsibilityEmbrace the opportunities that await you here!
