Behavioral Data Analysis : Analyze human interaction, sentiment, and language data to identify insights and trends that drive smarter, data-informed business decisions.

AI & Machine Learning Model Development : Design and optimize AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs), through prompt engineering, fine-tuning, data pipeline creation, and continuous model improvement.

Data-Driven Product Innovation : Build and validate scalable data solutions that accelerate business value and enhance product performance in a fast-moving, early-stage startup environment.

Cross-Team Collaboration : Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements, integrate AI capabilities, and deliver impactful, high-quality data solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related technical fields.

Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Python, R, C++, Java) with proven experience in data engineering, cloud-based architecture, or large-scale data pipeline development.

6+ years of hands-on experience in data science, preferably in consumer-facing platforms or projects involving human-generated data.

4+ years applying advanced statistical modeling, machine learning, and data mining techniques to uncover business opportunities and optimize performance.

Strong experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), AI / ML frameworks, and Large Language Models (LLMs) - including prompt design, fine-tuning, QA, and model validation.

Skilled at translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.

Familiarity with Data Engineering, DevOps, and MLOps practices for deploying and maintaining AI models in production.

Experience with AWS cloud services and scalable data infrastructure tools.

Prior work experience in a startup or fast-paced environment, comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving business priorities.
