About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Technical Project Manager to join our growing global project team. In this role, you will lead Agile software development projects, ensuring smooth execution, seamless client communication, and strong team alignment with business goals. You will play an essential part in supporting Sunbytes’ international growth and operational excellence by driving collaboration across distributed teams in the US, UK, and Asia.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Technical Leader and Product Owner in managing the development team, ensuring alignment with the client’s vision, mission, and values.
• Lead Agile & Scrum processes : facilitate sprints, manage backlogs, and track progress in Jira to ensure effective delivery.
• Support the team by understanding technical challenges, ensuring best practices, and guiding informed decision-making.
• Identify and mitigate risks early by addressing bottlenecks, balancing trade-offs, and maintaining project continuity.
• Continuously improve workflows by refining Agile processes, promoting collaboration, and fostering a high-performance culture.
