Senior Frontend Engineer (90m-100m VND | ReactJS | Product |Hybrid HCM)

Job descriptionOwn and lead the end-to-end development of complex, user-centric features, from ideation and technical design to deployment and maintenance. Architect, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and scalable frontend components and libraries. Mentor and guide mid-level and junior engineers , fostering a culture of technical excellence through insightful code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing. Drive technical decision-making by identifying and evaluating new technologies, leading proof-of-concepts, and championing best practices in areas like performance optimization, accessibility, and testing. Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to challenge assumptions and contribute to the product strategy , ensuring technical feasibility and a superior user experience. Deep, architectural understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks (React), including their internal workings, performance optimization patterns, and state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, etc.). Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale, component-based frontend architectures . Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript , using it to build robust, scalable, and maintainable codebases. A strong command of testing methodologies and tools (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress) with a track record of building and maintaining comprehensive test suites. Demonstrated experience in improving frontend performance, observability, and Core Web Vitals . Experience mentoring other engineers and leading technical discussions Expertise in the creation of highly accessible code (W3C WCAG 2.0, ARIA) Experience working with Lean product development and Agile methodologies. Experience working in a DevOps culture where both developers and operators share the responsibility of running systems, and familiar with SRE techniques. Experience or familiarity with the Quality Assistance process, passionate about delivering high-quality software, and understands that QA is everyone's responsibility, not just a separate team's job. Whats the job about?
As a Senior Frontend Engineer , you will be a technical leader within our cross-functional Product teams. This is more than a coding role; it's about architecting the future of our user interface and driving the technical strategy to get us there. You will have significant ownership and autonomy, making critical decisions that directly impact the scalability and performance of our product for thousands of users. You will be responsible for defining robust APIs in collaboration with backend engineers and setting the standard for frontend excellence across the team.
