Our client is a leading hospitality company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

Customer Database Management :

Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer database for catering events, seminars, etc.

Foster strong relationships with existing clients.

Proactively identify and acquire new customers through data-driven strategies and targeted outreach.

Understand client needs and provide personalized event solutions.

Consulting & Sales :

Advise clients on suitable event service packages that align with their preferences.

Develop and present compelling event proposals while ensuring compliance with company pricing policies.

Guide customers in selecting the ideal venue, menu, decor, and technical elements to meet their expectations while driving company revenue.

Provide quotations, negotiate contract terms, and secure agreements with clients.

Follow the Company Sales Process / SOP.

Propose sales ideas and implement marketing plans to increase business.

Achieve designated monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

Event Operations :

Ensure customer satisfaction by planning and executing successful events.

Coordinate with the Executive Chef regarding menu selection.

Communicate with the Food & Beverage Operations and Banquet Department regarding the booking of events.

Coordinate and check all the events with other departments (F&B, Kitchen, Event Decoration, Sound & Lighting system, Security…) to ensure the events run smoothly.

Provide event details to relevant teams for seamless coordination and delivery.

Address and resolve any issues that arise during event execution.

Manage venue allocation effectively, ensuring optimal function room usage based on group size to maximize revenue.

Service Quality & Customer Satisfaction :

Gather customer feedback after each event to improve service quality.

Work with other departments to quickly fix problems / issues relating to service quality.

Consult, support, and address questions / complaints from customers.

Additional Responsibilities :

Provide market insights and competitor analysis to the management team.

Assist the Sales Manager in business planning and budgeting.

Prepare and distribute accurate revenue forecasts on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

Maximize revenue and profitability through cross-selling and upselling other company services.

Attend networking events to expand potential customer sources.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.

Requirements

Degree in Business, Hospitality, Event Planning, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or hospitality.

Strong written and spoken English proficiency.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Team 365, Outlook, and other essential IT tools.

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and time-management abilities.

Ability to analyze situations, make quick decisions, and resolve issues effectively.

Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Ability to develop unique event ideas and implement successful sales strategies.

Proactive approach to achieving deadlines and exceeding sales goals.

Ability to analyze industry trends and competitor strategies.

Well-groomed, ethical, and adept at handling customer interactions with tact and discretion.
