The company is looking for an experienced Chief Technology Officer to join our expanding team. This is a virtual work from position with preference given to South East Asian based candidates due to working hours but is open to all great candidates.

We expect you to be well-versed in current technological trends and familiar with a variety of business concepts. If you are also an excellent communicator and public speaker, we’d like to meet you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Create the architecture of the backend and frontend (client and server)

Manage a team of 6 programmers with help of team leads.

Code review

Time and quality management

Lead developers’ team of the VR+MMO+NFT project

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Minimum 10 years of experience in game development or 5 years of experience as Lead or manager or 2 years of experience as CTO.

Minimum 5 years of Unity 3d experience.VR Project Experience.AAA and MMO and Shooters experience required at team lead level or higherC#, C++, JS expert knowledge.

Foton experience.

Custom server solution experience.

Ability to estimate tasks and manage risks.

Ability to manage the risks.Leadership and organizational abilities

Strategic thinking problem-solving aptitude

Understanding of budgets and business-planning

Excellent communication skills, English level B2 or higher.
