Role Purpose
To provide effective HR business partnering support for Hung Yen site in development and implementing of people strategies to support the delivery of business goals. In addition, this roles is responsible for development & delivery of effective and productive employee industrial relations initiatives and program to drive for the overall employee engagement with zero disturbances.
Principal Accountabilities & Key Activities
Accountable for delivery of People Strategies as HR business partner to business function.
- Translate goals and plans from corporate strategies into themes for a People strategy and ensure its effective implementation at the business unit and aligned with Global People Strategies.
- Work with Transactional Manager to develop cost-effective HR budget of respective sites.
- Drive for change : undertake and implement regular review of existing people and HR process and practices and bring about processive changes in alignment with People & Business goals.
- Work in partnership with business manager and HR Expert function to execute the right learning and development program / initiatives.
- Support the delivery of people capability development and effective succession plan.
People Acquisition
Partnering with business leader to identify current and future needs in personnel l and develop an effective workforce planning and sourcing channel / solution to improve the selection and hiring lead time and quality of candidate -intake.Ensure the manning availability and delivery of hiring through cost effective and efficient channels.Coordinate with Other HR Expert and Transactional function to ensure effective on-boarding program for new joiners.Employee Relation Management
Create and cascade industrial relations policies and frame work for the sites. Develop and execute ER strategies for sites aligned with overall ER strategies.Provide direction and guidance sphere heading collective bargaining discussion ensuring the delivery of ER and HR Strategies for respective business unit.Take the lead for all kinds of HR ER policies update to ensure the optimization of HR workflow, process to reduce legal issue, in compliance with Coats policies, guideline, regulations to prevent riskManage whistling blowing cases and involve in investigation actions whenever required, Handle employee complaints / dispute or arbitration cases and deliver win-winSupport the local business in term of restructuring, resourcing including lay-off if anyFacilitate full compliance to all labour laws and regulation through periodical review, health checks, audit and initiate actions to bring full legal compliance Manage day-to-day compliance activities and action at site (Present as HR leaders to work with external such as Customer audit, Government audit working, employee relation etc.)Others
Manage Admin functions for Hung Yen branch.Key qualifications :
Bachelor's degree as minimum.At least years working experience in HR field, minimum years practices either in the area of recruitment or / and industrial employee relation and / or as HR business partner role at management level.Solid and comprehensive knowledge in local labour law, regulations and rules and in-depth experience in applying the labor law in day-to-day HR activities and planBasic knowledge and experience in talent management and succession plan and career path advisory, Sound knowledge in generic interview skill and assessment toolsCustomer focusStrong teamworkGood ability to communicate and coordinate with a dynamic and diverse team across countries and oversea to deliver goals.Demonstrated growth mindset, agility and results orientation.Fully committed to high standards of performance and continuous improvement, high ethical and compliant awareness and standard.Desirable :
