Job Description

We are seeking for 01 Operation Monitor to perform the following tasks :

  • Monitoring and troubleshooting the financial system 24 / 5 for oversea partner following the checklist.
  • Contacting to PIC when have trouble and response to request from customer (by chat)
  • Implementing OM tasks following the weekly, monthly, yearly plan (Backup data, maintain servers …)
  • Working time : 24 / 5, 3 shift rotation : 06 : 00 – 14 : 00, 14 : 00 – 22 : 00, and 22 : 00 – 06 : 00

Requirements

  • Job requirements :
  • At least 1 year experience with Linux / UNIX system administration, network administrator.
  • Certifications :
  • Graduated from IT Network related colleges or universities or equivalent;
  • Having experience in OM works is preferred;
  • Having at least one of certificate : CCNA, MCSA, LPI 1 or Linux+ is advantage;
  • Having knowledge about Apache Http, Tomcat, Jboss, MySQL, high availability; system, troubleshooting and performance optimizer;
  • Personality Requirements :
  • Hard working, responsible, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability of working independent and teamwork, can work under high pressure.
  • Ready to work overtime.

  • Salary : Competitive with lucrative add-ons (based on skills and experience);
  • Working time : 24 / 5, 3 shift rotation : 06 : 00 – 14 : 00, 14 : 00 – 22 : 00, and 22 : 00 – 06 : 00  (night shift allowance 10$ / night plus taxi commuting for night shift working) ;
  • Excellent Overtime compensation policy;
  • Bonus : Twice a year (equivalent to 2 months salary) and performance bonus once a year(equivalent up to 3 months salary);
  • Well-equipped with insurance package as stated by Labor code
  • Salary Review : 2 times / year based on employee's performance and contribution;
