• Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and their technical requirements
• Assisting to write job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.
• Source and conduct technical screen for candidates competency within the job requirements before presenting hiring managers with quality candidates.
• Keep track of all applicants and keeping applicants informed on the application process.
• Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
• Performing background and reference checks, as well as offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.
