Job Title: Country Head, Vietnam
Location: Ho Chi Min City, Vietnam

As the Country Head of Aonic Vietnam, you will oversee all aspects of our operations, business development, and market expansion within Vietnam. You will play a critical role in establishing Aonic’s presence in the region, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving growth in key industries. This leadership position demands a strategic thinker with proven experience in scaling businesses, building teams, and navigating complex markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute Aonic Vietnam’s business strategy, aligning with the company's global vision and objectives.
• Market Expansion: Identify market opportunities, drive sales growth, and increase market share in target industries such as agriculture, industrial, and services.
• Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency in all business functions, including finance, logistics, and customer support.
• Team Building & Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team to support the company’s growth, while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Business Development & Partnerships: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including industry leaders, government bodies, and potential clients, to drive market presence and revenue.
• Financial Oversight: Manage the country’s P&L, ensuring the business achieves financial targets while adhering to budgetary constraints.
• Brand Building: Represent Aonic at events, conferences, and in media to enhance the company’s brand and strengthen its positioning as a leader in drone technology and software solutions.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all operations comply with local laws and regulations and mitigate potential business risks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably within technology, solutions, or related sectors.
• Proven track record in business development, market expansion, and P&L management.
• Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing diverse teams.
• In-depth understanding of the Vietnamese market, with a strong network of industry contacts.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and thrive in high-growth, evolving markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese is required.
