Telesales Executive

What you deliver Conduct telesales activities to achieve assigned sales targets.

Contact potential customers via phone calls, emails, and other channels to introduce the company's products / services.

Understand customer needs and expectations to provide appropriate solutions.

Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

Monitor and report on sales activities, including sales volume, potential customers, and customer feedback.

Work closely with other departments such as Marketing and Customer Service to improve service quality and support sales efforts.

Who you are At least 2 years of telesales experience selling to business clients.

College or University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

Good communication and persuasion skills.

Ability to work independently and in teams.

Understanding of the company's products / services.

Problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations.

Proficient in using computers and related software (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM).
