Job description
Mô tả công việc: Job Description:
  • Promote and sell agricultural products (tomatoes, strawberries, melons, etc.), primarily coordinating with existing business partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including wholesalers and supermarkets
  • Plan sales strategies and create proposals
  • Prepare reports as needed
  • Understand and promote the companys philosophy and values to increase brand awareness and loyalty

Team Composition:
  • 1 member in Hanoi
  • 1 member in Ho Chi Minh City
  • 2 Japanese managers

Requirements:
  • Gender/Age:Any
  • Education:University graduate
  • Language:Good English skills
Must-Have:
  • Experience in sales or customer service is a plus
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proactive in engaging with customers and team members
  • Alignment with the companys vision and philosophy, with a willingness to promote it

Working Hours:
Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Salary:
Negotiable (around 1,000 USD gross)

Benefits:
  • 13th-month bonus

Interview Process:
  1. Online interview with Japanese manager
  2. Online interview with Japan Head Office
