1 / Lead R&T poultry team effective working

Conducting poultry nutrient trial in hiring farm or customer farm or contract farm
Poultry market survey to evaluate market situation
Competitor feed collection and competitor gather information
Communicate with related Dept. to control the work process that relate to poultry research work
Training poultry R&T members to improve their knowledge
Making weekly / monthly as well as final technical report

2 / Transfer new technology concept applying for poultry products to sales team and customers

3 / Technical slides preparation for training

4 / Support other Depts. (MKT / Sales / QC; QA …)

5 / Other work be assigned by BODs

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

PhD of Poultry husbandry or Veterinary

5 years of experience

Regularly travel for business

Can resist work pressure
