Our client is a leading bank in Vietnam who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm :

  • Planning :
  • Collaborate with the Regional Director to assess the Branch's business potential and develop annual targets / budgets for the Branch.
  • Negotiate and agree on Branch targets / budgets with the Regional Director.
  • Develop the Branch's operational plan and review and finalize this plan with the Regional Director.
  • Monitoring Branch Planning and Budgeting Processes :
  • Coordinate with BMO to allocate targets / KPIs to employees.
  • Review and control operating expenses within budget limits.
  • Assign staff to specific positions in line with their expertise.
  • Recruit staff within budget constraints to drive business growth.
  • Effectively Managing Operations :
  • Oversee the Branch's sales activities, including driving revenue, profit before tax, and improving overall cost efficiency in delivering services to customers.
  • Be responsible for the quality of credit proposals and the quality of the loan portfolio (NPL).
  • Be responsible for improving operational metrics, including driving loan and deposit balances, new customer acquisition, number of products / customers, and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring Quality and Efficiency of Service Delivery and Sales :
  • Manage daily sales and service operations.
  • Ensure the quality and efficiency of credit file processing (forwarding files to appraisal units, handling post-approval processes). Ensure the shortest credit processing time for customers.
  • Plan and implement new customer acquisition programs for MSME at the Branch.
  • Approve financial costs within the scope of authority.
  • Communication and Brand Promotion :
  • Implement Marketing and product programs as instructed by the Head Office; Plan and implement Branch-specific programs if necessary.
  • Manage community relations and proactively develop leads in the local area.
  • Ensure compliance with bank's regulations and guidelines.
  • Train sales staff, including proactive use of CRM, product suite, sales funnel management to improve sales efficiency and productivity.
  • People Management :
  • Monitor and manage actual business performance against the budget and targets of the entire Branch.
  • Conduct cyclical performance management and work with department heads to evaluate employee performance.
  • Regularly Leading and Guiding Employees :
  • Directly train, coach, and provide career guidance to Branch employees.
  • Create a professional and friendly working environment.
