Your Mission : Expand the Market :
Develop and execute a strategic plan to establish Sperton as a market leader in Vietnam’s recruitment landscape.
Be a Market Expert :
Stay informed on market trends, providing valuable insights to guide our strategic business development efforts.
Manage Clients :
Develop new clients and maintain contacts to manage new and old clients.
What You Bring :
Industry Network :
Strong network across Vietnam’s government bodies and private sector, including potential ties with Norwegian or international companies (a plus).
Market Knowledge :
In-depth understanding of the Vietnamese business landscape, government sector and recruitment market.
Compensation & Growth :
Option 1 : We offer a package with the flexibility to start at a reduced rate, complemented by a potential equity partnership or shareholding opportunity after 6–12 months, based on performance and evaluation.
Option 2 : A compensation package including salary, commission and bonus.
