Our client is a top-notch bank company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

Strategic Planning & Execution

Serve as the primary contact point with the Executive Board.

Develop and oversee the execution of annual business plans and financial budgets for the branch and associated transaction offices.

Proactively propose and apply strategies to improve business performance and strengthen risk mitigation.

Operational Management

Supervise all front-office and back-office operations, ensuring quality service delivery to both corporate and retail clients.

Drive business across core banking services including loans, deposits, payment systems, cards, digital banking, foreign exchange, and more.

Monitor compliance, credit assessment, loan approval, and credit risk management.

Manage debt quality, assist in resolving non-performing loans, and uphold service excellence across touchpoints.

Oversee treasury and accounting functions to ensure security and compliance.

Leadership and Talent Development

Recruit and nurture high-performing teams.

Assign tasks, establish KPIs, and evaluate staff performance.

Ensure optimal workforce structure and staff development for long-term succession planning.

Brand and Stakeholder Engagement

Promote a positive brand image with regulators, clients, and partners.

Act as an external representative of the bank in relevant forums and partnerships.

Compliance

Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Banking, Economics, or related fields.

At least 7 years in financial institutions, including 1 - 2 years in senior leadership roles.

In-depth knowledge of banking operations, AML, and risk management frameworks.

Strategic, results-driven mindset with strong people and project management skills.

Fluent in English (TOEIC 600+ or equivalent).

Full compliance with AML / KYC and FATF regulatory expectations.
