Our client is a top-notch technology company that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Operations and Administration Management
Oversee the comprehensive management of infrastructure, equipment, and logistical services at the company's Ho Chi Minh City office; ensure a modern and efficient working environment.
Organize and supervise activities to ensure the security and safety of personnel and company assets.
Coordinate office events such as Gala Golden Bear, mid-year and annual summaries.
Develop budget plans, manage, and optimize operational costs for the office.
Human Resources Management
Train and inspire employees on the company's mission, vision, core values, and culture.
Organize training events and programs for management staff and successors in accordance with the system-wide plan.
Implement welfare programs, health care initiatives, and activities that enhance employee engagement and motivation.
Manage team-building activities, internal events, celebrations, and condolences to boost employee satisfaction and loyalty.
Coordinate employee recognition and reward programs, and enforce personnel decisions at the office in compliance with company policies and regulations.
External Relations & Training Partnerships
Represent the company in recruitment branding and talent sourcing activities with educational institutions in the office’s jurisdiction.
Act as the company’s liaison with relevant agencies and partners concerning the managed office location, within authorized limits.
Facilitate and formalize training cooperation and software sponsorship agreements with educational institutions to achieve training partnership targets.
Internal Communications
Manage the communication of all company policies, regulations, procedures, and guidelines to employees at the office.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Economics, Law, or related fields.
Knowledge and Skills
In-depth understanding of operations management, infrastructure oversight, and large-scale office administration.
Proficient in human resource management, employee welfare, and organizing internal events for a large workforce.
Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop successor teams.
Strong organizational, resource coordination, risk management, and large-scale problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation, and cooperative skills across departments and with partners.
Preference given to candidates proficient in English (minimum IELTS 6.5) and skilled in administrative technologies (ERP, Office, digital operation systems).
Ability to adapt rapidly, innovate proactively, and lead the application of modern management trends.
Age & Experience
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in office operations management, HR administration, or equivalent roles in medium to large-sized companies.
