ABOUT THE JOB

  • Lead and supervise the development of backend services using Java
  • Design scalable architecture and ensure best practices across code quality, performance, and security
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, QA, and DevOps to define technical requirements
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to elevate team capabilities
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes and development workflows
  • Participate in client technical discussions and contribute to project planning

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience with backend development using Java (Spring Boot or similar frameworks)
  • Experience with React (web) and React Native (mobile) for frontend development
  • Proficient understanding of REST APIs, CI / CD pipelines, Git workflows
  • Solid experience leading development teams and delivering full-stack solutions
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Experience in insurance domain , CRM platforms , Agent / Lead Management is a big plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and good ability to drive results while mentoring others
