Seed-stage SaaS startup in real estate. Our team of 7 built a platform for real estate investors to identify and capture the best opportunities

The Role

You will be responsible for :

  • Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
  • New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
  • Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
  • Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
  • Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
  • Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements.
  • Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements.
  • Identify and qualify leads through various channels including LinkedIn, Reddit, Discord, forums, email, and referrals.
  • Book meetings directly on the founder’s calendar ensuring efficient scheduling.
  • Coordinate introductory calls with small to mid-cap real estate professionals.
  • Follow up with leads to maintain engagement and increase conversion chances.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in our CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends to enhance lead conversations

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 0-2 years of experience, ideally within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Pre-sales role.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and a proven track record in building relationships
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn and other social media platforms for lead generation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
