About the Role

As a Business Analyst at OBZ, you’ll be the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that AI / ML, GenAI, and data-driven solutions deliver real business outcomes. You’ll own requirement gathering, workflow mapping, and solution validation, working closely with architects, engineers, and product leads to design scalable, compliant, and measurable solutions.

What You'll Do & The Impact You'll Have

• Partner with business stakeholders to define AI / ML problem statements and measurable success criteria.
• Translate high-level requirements into structured deliverables (functional specs, API specs, prompt templates).
• Map as-is and to-be workflows, identifying automation and AI integration opportunities.
• Validate solution designs by testing data pipelines, prompts, and system responses.
• Act as a trusted bridge between business, data scientists, and engineering teams, ensuring alignment on priorities.
• Support UAT and go-live readiness by defining test strategies and documenting workflows.
• Drive measurable impact by ensuring solutions are compliant, efficient, and adopted by users.
