C&B Specialist

Job summary

Our client is a foreign electronics manufacturer, looking for a C&B Specialist in Bac Ninh.

Job Responsibilities

• Examine and confirm monthly pay and bonuses for staff members of the company, including allowances, cash bonuses, periodic bonuses, and other bonuses.
• Maintain regular communication with Cooler Master HQ in Taiwan and China to guarantee that all information on paystubs, salary payments, policies, labor contracts, and business policies is current.
• Arrange with pertinent departments to handle any C&B-related concerns for Vietnamese merchants and staff.
• Check the pay and bonus information given by the headquarters, such as the prices of hotels for business travel and allowances for Vietnamese staff, to make sure everything is proper and to provide supporting evidence for any claims.
• Additional duties that the project HR manager assigns.
