Job description

We are seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join our team and lead the design, development, and customization of business solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, automating processes, and turning business needs into user-friendly apps - even if your background is in analysis , project management , or ge neral IT . You’ll work with tools like Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint Online to create modern solutions that make work easier and more efficient.

Locations : Ho Chi Minh, Da Nang, Hanoi

What You’ll Be Doing

Building modern business applications using Microsoft technologies including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
Creating custom connectors and seamless integrations across Microsoft 365 services and third-party platforms.
Designing and customizing business solutions in SharePoint Online and integrate them with Power Platform tools.
Collaborating with stakeholders and product owners to translate business needs into secure, intuitive, and maintainable digital solutions.
Preparing comprehensive technical documentation, user guides, and delivering training and knowledge-sharing sessions to support team enablement.
Staying current with the latest advancements in Microsoft 365 technologies and continuously expanding technical skill sets.

Requirements

Must have

3+ years of experience in designing and developing business applications using Power Platform.

Proficient with Power Apps , Power Automate , Power BI , Power Pages and Dataverse .

Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio for building intelligent, AI-assisted workflows or chatbots.

Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server), including data modeling, queries.

Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams and collaborating with cross-functional roles.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

Experience with Microsoft Teams integration.

Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other Microsoft 365 applications.

Familiarity with SharePoint Online , Dataverse , and Microsoft 365 integrations .

Experienced in sharing knowledge and training team members

Prior experience in roles such as Business Analyst , Project Manager , or IT Support , with interest in transitioning to low-code development
