Job Description
On behalf of our client - a global, science-led bio pharmaceutical company - we are seeking a Brand Manager to join their team. You’ll play a key role in managing their brand in the therapeutic area of Respiratory and Immunology to achieve the brand objectives and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Management and Strategy
- Develop and execute strategic and operational marketing plans, including launches and digital initiatives.
- Build and manage P&L of brands aligned with company's goal.
- Build brand narratives, set KPIs, and use market insights to guide strategy.
- Anticipate market trends to shape brand direction and long-term growth.
Execution and Collaboration
Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure effective strategy execution.Manage vendors and KOLs to deliver impactful omnichannel campaigns.Use data and insights to make agile, evidence-based decisions.Optimize digital resources to enhance customer engagement.Oversee budgets, timelines, and deliverables for strong project execution.Design customer-focused campaigns and engagement activities across channels.Develop marketing materials that strengthen brand competitiveness.Apply business acumen to anticipate trends and drive performance.Build high-performing teams and partnerships aligned with global brand plans.Team and Compliance
Develop and implement career and coaching plans to strengthen the marketing team’s capabilities.Ensure full compliance with corporate policies, codes of conduct, and industry marketing standards.Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree of Pharmacy or Medicine.More than 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical brand management with a good track record of effective implementation of plan and campaign.Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with proven project management experience (complex projects) to drive performance.Experience in Consumer and / or Managed Markets promotions and / or strategy roles is a plus.Experience in Insight / Market Research is a plus.Proven leadership skills, ability to connect and collaborate across matrix organizations. Sales and / or Sales Leadership experience is a plus.Knowledge and experience in navigating the regulatory approval process and other relevant codes of practice. Understanding of the development and commercialization of pharmaceutical products and the Vietnam Healthcare environment is a plus.Excellent proficiency in EnglishExperience in specialty / oncology / biologic pharmaceutical brand management is a plus.Requirements
