Job descriptionDSE / Form 5 or above At least 10 years relevant working experience in running China or offshore factory Strong solid experience in all-round factory experiemce in garment manufacturing environment is a MUST Good understanding of government requirements & familiar with social compliance Good command of English & Mandarin
Responsibilities
- Fully responsible for managing a garment factory in Vietnam & reporting to the Director
- Responsible for the whole factory operation and formulate overall business plan and direction
- Monitor production plan, productivity, quality and on time delivery
- Monitor the systems and procedures for efficient and effective cost and quality control
- Liaise with various departments to meet the company's goal and targets
- Coordinate with internal departments on Master Schedule, Finished Goods on time delivery to Customer and Material Management
- Leading, coaching and training various department head
- Ad-hoc duties upon request
