Job Description
- Conduct the assigned jobs in professional, accurate and efficient manner
- Deliver quotations, certificates, reports, invoices, etc. on time
- Keep good relationship with clients / affiliates / colleague in SGS Vietnam / Maintain integrity
- Maintain accessible, transparent, complete and detailed customer information files
Specific Responsibility
Preparing Inspection job filesSend reports, certificates and invoices to clients / affiliates or other partiesContinuously update and file documents in inspection files including File Management Checklist and data basePrepare certificates and pass to Manager for approvalWeekly and monthly report of invoicing and other requestsPrepare and control invoice, follow up debt and paymentCollection of outstanding paymentsOther tasks requested by ManagerQualifications
College graduated or aboveEnglish level B equivalentComputer skilAdditional Information
At least 1 year in customer service position experience
