As a QC Trainee , you will contribute to the quality assurance of our internal ERP systems and take your first steps into a fulfilling career in the software testing field. This opportunity is open to recent graduates or final-year students, and you will receive full training to grow within our quality assurance team and agile development practices.
Your missions
- Join the development (Scrum) team responsible for one or multiple ERP modules
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies and collaborate closely with Product Owners to review requirements and provide testing input
- Estimate, prioritize, and coordinate testing activities in alignment with project goals
- Receive training and develop practical knowledge in testing methodologies including context-driven testing, automation, API and performance testing
- Research and apply appropriate testing techniques and tools based on project context
- Collaborate with developers and mentors to design testing strategies
- Create, maintain, and execute test cases
- Track and report bugs, ensuring they are resolved efficiently
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and perform tasks assigned by mentors or supervisors
Your profile
Academic background : Computer Science, Information Technology or related fieldsBasic knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processesKnowledge of writing test plans and test casesExperience with object-oriented programming in any language (C#, Java, etc.)Language : English (Fluent) & Vietnamese (Native)You have good collaboration and communication skills and enjoy working in a team environmentYou are adaptable, eager to learn, and able to quickly grasp new conceptsWhat we offer
