The Quality Supervisor, ProWeave role purpose is to drive the effectiveness of end-to-end ProWeave quality control process, including incoming materials management, in-process control, finished goods inspection and handling customer complaints.

- ProWeave Quality Management
Manage effectively quality system of ProWeave through :
Inspect all incoming yarns based on the pre-defined criteria and ensure all testing records are kept within the pre-defined timeline. Only passed yarns are released for production. All failed yarns are quarantined at a separate area for further review with the suppliers.Develop and implement in-process control procedure by personally random checking quality at each process and involving all operators in checking and reporting non-conforming products (NCP) and ensuring only good quality products are released to next process.Develop and implement finished inspection plan to ensure only good quality finished goods are delivered to our customers.Conduct regular audit to ensure all relevant SOPs and WIs are followed by production team.Handle customer quality complaints, suggest / implement corrective and preventive actions through root cause analysis to eliminate the reoccurrence of such complaints.Set targets and implement measurements to ensure uppers produced meets the expected quality levels.Others as requested by the direct managerKey Qualifications :
College graduate or above – preferably textile / engineering function.Minimum years’ experience in quality management, preferably weaving / textile field.A willingness to hand-on in inspecting and checking product quality at the shopfloor.Strong analytical and problem-solving skill.Good at time-management, an eye for details.Good at communication skill.Proficiency with Excel and Word.Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
