Our client is a top-notch company specialized in financial services who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

Global Responsibilities :

Spearhead the expansion of product management practices across the company on a global scale.

Formulate, plan, and execute strategic initiatives aimed at advancing global product management efforts.

Continuously evaluate the success of these strategies and implement improvements as required.

Vietnam Responsibilities :

Take full leadership and executive control over the Product Management division operating in Vietnam.

Deliver continuous coaching and support to IT communicators and Product Owners to foster improved team effectiveness and professional growth.

Manage personnel and support professional development initiatives within the local office.

Supporting cooperative efforts between the product management teams located in Vietnam and at the Japanese headquarters to drive the creation of outstanding products.

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs tailored for Product Managers.

Requirements

Established expertise in product management within the software sector.

Strong ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage projects while effectively engaging a wide range of stakeholders.

Experience working in start-up or entrepreneurial settings, ideally with hands-on exposure to initial-stage (zero-to-one) start-up ventures or comparable environments.

Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing teams comprising 10 or more members.

Proficient in Japanese at a business communication level, including reading, writing, and speaking.

Cross-Cultural Communication : Ability to collaborate efficiently across diverse cultural contexts, working closely with teams in Japan, Vietnam, and beyond.

Analytical Reasoning : Skilled in logically analyzing and clearly conveying ideas to ensure comprehensive stakeholder understanding.
