Develop and strengthen strategic partnerships with real estate stakeholders including investors, property owners, and building managers through regular engagement and issue resolution.

Conduct on-site surveys of high-end apartments and office buildings to assess suitable locations for media installation.

Analyze partner requirements, tailor partnership proposals, and drive the execution of new elevator media agreements.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient installation and operational readiness.

Stay informed on industry trends and market dynamics to support business expansion initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher; preference given to candidates with business development experience in advertising or media sectors.

Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills; capable of managing relationships across various client segments.
