WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a key member leadership team, the Procurement Manager assumes leadership role in building, implementing, and overseeing all operational systems, processes, workflows, and procedures.

In accordance with policies and procedures in manage and control Procurement systems and procedures to continually improve the supply chain process, ensure cost effective contracting of products and services, and promote compliance internally with established standards.

Report directly to : Procurement Director, & Report indirectly to : CFO

TEAM MANAGEMENT & LEADERSHIP :

• Exemplify HANs Standards of Business Conduct and HANs Values through all decisions and actions.
• Leading / working with the Procurement team, Project team, Marketing team, OPS, Sales, Chefs, and others Depts to ensure alignment around Business and Team goals.
• Coaching and building a strong Procurement team and leverages the strength of each team member via smart and effective work plans / KPIs and via engagement activities.
• Balancing individual and team workloads to maximize and accelerate progress versus pre-aligned priorities.
• Developing strategies, policies, procedures, and overall team to optimize value of the entire function.
