Job Description

We are seeking an Senior Manual QC Engineer to lead and contribute to our quality assurance efforts. In this role, you will be crucial in maintaining the highest quality standards for our software products while working closely with our US-based QA Lead. Strong English communication is essential. You will have the opportunity to shape our testing strategies and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

Requirements

Working Location :

ETOWN CENTRAL BUILDING, 07 - 11 Doan Van Bo Street, District 4, HCMC

Responsibilities :

Participate in discussions with Vietnam and US teams in English to contribute to test strategies and resolve complex issues

Contribute to the development of comprehensive test strategies and plans

Design and maintain effective test environments

Execute complex test cases, document results, and report defects

Contribute to the refinement of QA processes and recommend best practices

Requirements :

Good written and verbal English communication skills

5+ years' experience in manual testing

Deep understanding of QA methodologies and testing best practices

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Experience with API testing, device testing (Linux / macOS) is a strong advantage

Experience working in agile environments

Strong understanding of the business and technical aspects of software development
