Our client is a leading financial services company in Vietnam, seeking experienced professionals to join their firm.

Research and Analysis

Monitor and evaluate policies and institutional developments concerning digital assets such as virtual assets, tokenization, and blockchain technology.

Review regulatory frameworks including regulatory sandboxes, the Digital Technology Industry Law, initiatives related to the International Financial Center (IFC), and other relevant decrees.

Assess the digital asset ecosystem, including exchanges, custody services, payment platforms, and tokenization providers, identifying leading competitors.

Produce comparative institutional and market analysis reports on key countries, including Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Japan.

Conduct domain-specific research on Security Token Offerings (STO), blockchain infrastructure, and data-driven business models.

Strategic Support and Coordination

Prepare and disseminate policy and market reports as well as monthly briefing documents for the company and its subsidiaries.

Assist in due diligence and evaluation of new business initiatives such as sandbox programs, joint ventures, and licensing.

Analyze market structures, business models, and regulatory impacts related to digital assets, proposing strategic recommendations.

Serve as a liaison for knowledge sharing and strategic coordination within the organization.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Policy and Stakeholder Engagement

Track and consolidate policy updates from key Vietnamese regulatory bodies including the Ministry of Finance (MOF), State Securities Commission (SSC), State Bank of Vietnam (SBV), and Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC).

Cultivate and maintain networks with industry associations, blockchain communities, and academic institutions for information exchange.

Summarize draft legislative amendments, new policies, and industry guidelines, preparing impact assessment reports accordingly.

Expected Outcomes and Performance Measures

Monthly reports on policy and market trends in digital assets.

Assessments of regulatory impact and business feasibility.

Comparative studies on regulatory and market frameworks between Korea and Vietnam.

Presentation materials and policy briefs for company-wide reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Law, or Computer Science.
• A Master’s degree in Finance / Economics or internationally recognized certifications such as CFA or FRM is preferred.

Thorough understanding of Vietnam’s financial markets and digital financial systems.

Technological proficiency, especially with tokenization, custody, and exchange infrastructure.

2 to 5 years of experience in research or policy analysis at financial institutions, consulting firms, or fintech / blockchain companies.

Experience in securities firms, research institutes, consulting firms, or fintech businesses is advantageous.

Knowledge of Vietnam's regulatory sandbox and relevant decrees is a plus.

Strong analytical skills to extract insights from policies and market data and to generate structured, coherent reports.

Excellent communication skills to prepare and present reports to senior management and the company.

Strategic mindset to interpret digital asset trends and align them with the company’s overall business strategy.

Effective relationship-building abilities for liaising with regulators, industry groups, enterprises, and partners.

Proficiency with analytical and data visualization tools such as Python, Power BI, and Excel is desirable.

High proficiency in English, capable of producing research documents, policy briefs, and presentations, and working effectively in an international environment. Prior experience preparing English reports and documents is preferred.

Competency in Korean is preferred for collaboration with the parent company and group.
