About the Role

The Manufacturing Project Manager role is responsible for planning, organising, and overseeing assigned projects from concept to completion ensuring efficient coordination of resources, schedules, budgets and stakeholder communication. This role will ensure that all aspects of each project align with the strategic goals of the organisation, support production efficiency and comply with all industry and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Development & Planning

• Conduct feasibility studies to develop and evaluate initial project concepts.
• Engage with internal stakeholders and external contractors to build comprehensive project proposals.
• Ensure detailed specifications and robust vendor selection processes are completed before issuing any purchase orders.

Project Execution & Delivery

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

Monitoring & Evaluation

Compliance & Governance

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

Education :

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or Project Management, or a related discipline. A professional project management certification (e.g. PMP, Prince2) is highly desirable.

Experience :

Proven experience in managing fast paced and complex manufacturing or engineering projects (ideally >

£1m budget).
