Our client is a leading manufacturing company in Vietnam who is looking for experienced talent to join their firm.

Conduct market research to identify trends and demands across various international regions and customer segments.

Collaborate with Production, R&D, Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, Customer Service, and Finance departments to develop products tailored to target markets.

Establish and maintain relationships with foreign partners, distributors, manufacturers, and international auditing companies.

Manage export operations including contract negotiation, order tracking, documentation, and international payments.

Propose strategies for market expansion, participate in international trade fairs, and lead trade promotion activities.

Maintain and develop existing client portfolios while expanding potential customer bases.

Prepare regular business performance reports, market analysis, and competitor assessments.

Requirements

Open-minded, flexible, and proactive in multicultural environments.

Solid expertise in import-export procedures and international trade.

Proven experience in developing international clients or managing existing client networks.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills, with a strong results orientation.

Preference given to candidates with experience in electronics, household appliances, kitchen equipment, or water solutions.

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, International Trade, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

Experience :

Minimum of 2 years in a similar role within the same industry.

Experience working in FDI enterprises or international environments is preferred.

Proficient English skills for daily communication, negotiation, and work-related tasks.
