This company is a insurance broker company which helps people and businesses find and buy insurance policies. They act as intermediaries between clients and insurance companies. Their job includes assessing clients' needs, recommending suitable insurance options, and helping with the application process.

New Clients : Existing Clients = 30% : 70%

However it's better to have someone who can continually explore and develop new clients.

Clients : Japanese Company in Vietnam(mainly construction companies and general contractors)

Products : Insurance Services.

Maintain good relationship with clients by frequent contact, visits, etc.

Develop new clients, approach clients for cross sales and new sales in all business line;

Prepare presentation materials in Japanese to clients

Cooperate with other departments to implement sales & servicing related tasks, including but not limited to

risk survey, underwriting referral, Claim procedure and settlement.

Others tasks as required

Trình độ

Yêu cầu

English Proficient Level level (All internal communication is English)

Japanese N1 (Talk to client in Japanese)

Have 1~2 years working experience in insurance company, bank, accounting or finance industry

OR have a bachelor degree in finance.
