Our client is a leading FMCG corporation in Vietnam, seeking experienced professionals to join their firm.
Job descriptions :
I. Strategic Leadership & Planning
Lead the Marketing Block : Directly supervise and manage all specialized Marketing departments : Category Marketing Managers, Brand & Digital Managers, Trade Marketing Managers, and Product Marketing Managers.
Formulate Strategy : Develop and lead the execution of National Marketing Strategies aligned with the Group's core business principles and overall strategic direction.
Budget & P&L Ownership : Take charge of Marketing Budget Management and demonstrate a strong P&L mindset when planning and executing large-scale campaigns.
Market Intelligence : Collect and synthesize market, consumer, and competitor information to define strategic market positioning and propose new business initiatives (e.g., new product launches, brand extension strategies).
Organizational Development : Build, maintain, and develop a comprehensive Marketing Reporting System and establish unified processes, regulations, and templates for the entire Marketing Block.
II. Core Function Management
Brand & Communication : Develop and oversee the Brand Strategy, ensuring consistent and compelling brand representation across all communication channels to build national recognition and expand into international markets.
Product Development & Commercialization : Guide R&D and Product Marketing teams in the continuous development of new products, from concept (R&D Concept) through product launch strategy to market readiness.
Trade Marketing & Sales Support : Collaborate closely with the Sales Department to design and execute effective Trade Marketing programs and sales support materials.
Digital & Data-Driven Execution : Direct creative campaigns, ensuring they are strategically aligned and executed efficiently (efficiency tracking for campaigns).
Reporting & Analysis : Provide regular Marketing Performance Reports (KPIs) to the Board of Directors and the Group's Executive Committee , ensuring accountability and transparency.
Requirements
Education : University degree or higher.
Experience : At least 03 years of experience in a similar position (Director / Executive level) with proven experience in managing large-scale Marketing budgets in the FMCG / Consumer Goods sector.
Core Knowledge : Deep understanding of the consumer goods market, competitors, and customer insights.
Strong knowledge base in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Data-Driven Marketing, Branding, and P&L mindset.
Experience in National Brand Building and International Market Expansion.
Leadership & Management : Demonstrated ability to manage, coach, train, and develop staff, build professional teams, and manage time effectively.
Personal Attributes : Highly adaptable, proactive, results-oriented, professional, loyal, high sense of responsibility, and stress-resilient.
