Mô tả công việc
- Lên lịch khởi hành các chương trình tour mới nhất.
- Phối hợp với bộ phận IT để thiết kế, cập nhật và đăng tải các chương trình tour mới lên website và các kênh mạng xã hội.
- Phối hợp với bộ phận IT thiết kế và in lịch khởi hành tour gửi đến khách hàng.
- Liên hệ với các đối tác land tour để hợp tác xây dựng và triển khai tour.
- Liên hệ với các nhà cung cấp để đặt dịch vụ phục vụ tour.
- Thực hiện công tác điều hành tour theo kế hoạch.
- Phối hợp với bộ phận IT để quản lý website và fanpage của Phương Anh Tourist, đảm bảo hoạt động ổn định và hiệu quả.
- Trực, tư vấn, trả lời và bán tour cho khách hàng.
- Phối hợp với bộ phận Sales khách sạn Premier Pearl để bán phòng cho các đối tác tại TP.HCM.
- Thăm hỏi, chăm sóc và tặng quà cho đối tác tại TP.HCM.
- Có thể đi công tác và hỗ trợ văn phòng Sales Vũng Tàu khi có yêu cầu.
