Mô tả công việcEdit short-form videos (5–60 seconds) for TikTok, with emphasis on pacing, audio syncing, and visual hooks Transform raw footage, UGC, and stock into polished content optimized for performance Add captions, effects, memes, transitions, and overlays native to TikTok culture Stay updated with trends, editing styles, audios, and visual formats to keep content fresh Work closely with the TikTok Growth Manager and creatives to align on briefs and KPIs A / B test hooks and iterate quickly based on performance feedback Keeping bounce rate low and watch time high through smart pacing Being obsessed with how content performs — not just how it looks Bringing new creative techniques to the table (and not needing to be hand-held 2+ years editing short-form vertical content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) Deep familiarity with TikTok’s editing style, culture, and content expectations Fluent in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar Fluent in English language, written and spoken Experience adding animated captions, effects, and viral meme elements Comfortable with fast-paced workflows, tight deadlines, and feedback loops Bonus : You are the target audience - you live and breathe TikTok
