Job description

Job Functions:

Assist in financial statement work, be responsible for formulating and revising the company's financial systems, ensure the authenticity and completeness of accounting information, and regularly carry out financial-related internal control procedures. Assist in company operations, put forward reasonable suggestions, and avoid operational and financial risks.

Work Scope and Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for the financial statement work of overseas branches (Vietnam), ensure the timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards (HKFRS), ensure the accuracy of data, and provide a reliable basis for company decisions.

2. Regularly carry out financial-related internal control procedures, carefully review relevant processes and documents, promptly identify and solve potential financial problems, and maintain the stability of the company's financial order.

3. Regularly complete various financial analyses, pay attention to abnormal indicators, and provide solutions.

4. Be responsible for checking the bank payment documents in accordance with the group's internal guidelines.

5. Cooperate with the financial team of the group headquarters in optimization work and other tasks arranged by superiors.

6. Provide financial or tax planning suggestions for the company's business decisions.

7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job requirements

1. Education: College degree or above.

2. Major: Finance or Audit.

3. Work Experience: At least 5 years of work experience.

4. Certificate Requirements: Graduation certificate, professional qualification certificate.

5. Certifications for Post: Accounting certificate, Junior/Intermediate Accountant certificate, Certified Public Accountant (CPA)/Tax Advisor certificate.

6. Language Proficiency:

- Mandarin: Good; Cantonese: Good;

- English: CET-6 or above (referring to practical reading and writing skills).

7. Professional Knowledge and Skills: Proficient in domestic financial systems, accounting laws, and tax laws; have a good understanding of ERP systems; familiar with customs declaration processes.

8. Computer Skills: Proficient in using Kingdee financial software and office software such as Word, Excel, and PPT.

9. Management Skills: Strong team leadership and management capabilities; familiar with the overall operation process of foreign-funded companies; excellent communication and coordination skills.

10. Other Requirements: Good professional ethics.
