Sales Manager (Hanoi - Chinese Speaking)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new customers and projects to expand market presence.
• Gather detailed information on customer applications, end users, set makers, and demand trends.
• Receive and analyze inquiries, including material specifications and pricing targets.
• Share customer requirements with the Application Development team to propose suitable material solutions.
• Prepare competitive quotations and negotiate terms with customers and headquarters sales teams.
• Register new customers in the system, complete documentation, and coordinate with the factory for production readiness.
• Secure purchase orders, process transactions, and manage urgent requests efficiently.
• Conduct regular meetings with customers to understand evolving business needs and maintain strong partnerships.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Technical fields.
• Familiarity with Vietnam’s plastics market, including customers, applications, and competitors.
• Understanding of plastic materials (especially engineering plastics), technical specifications, environmental regulations, resin production, and injection molding processes.
• Proficient in English for effective communication.
• Strong negotiation skills, customer-oriented mindset, and ability to work cross-functionally.
