We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer to work directly with customers at a fast-growing AI-powered website automation platform. This role sits at the intersection of web development, prompt engineering, and customer success.
You will guide customers across the full lifecycle, from sales demos and onboarding to implementation, optimization, and support. You will help them launch high-converting landing pages powered by AI agents while ensuring design quality, technical accuracy, and performance standards remain high.
This is not a passive support role. You will operate inside customer Slack channels, shape production-ready web experiences, and close the loop on every issue with urgency and ownership.

Customer-Facing Engineering

Use prompt engineering to generate pixel-accurate, production-ready pagesRefine AI outputs to ensure design consistency and qualityExtract and fine-tune design systems from customer websitesCollaborate with customers on landing page layouts and messaging structureReview competitor sites and identify content and positioning opportunitiesWeb Development and Technical Execution
Build and refine pages using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSSInspect and debug layout and styling issuesWork within component-based architecturesMaintain and extend customer sites beyond initial launchEnsure craftsmanship remains high while moving quicklyIssue Triage and Escalation

3+ years of experience in web development or customer-facing engineering rolesStrong experience with React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSSExperience building and maintaining websites for multiple customersComfortable debugging layout and component issuesStrong eye for design and detailExperience collaborating directly with customers or creative teamsStrong async communication skills and confidence operating in SlackAbility to prioritize effectively in fast-changing environmentsHigh ownership mindset with consistent follow-throughComfortable using AI IDEs such as Cursor or Copilot as part of your workflowNice to Have
