Mô tả công việcUndergraduate student or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn. Good communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). English communication skills are a plus. Work in an international, dynamic and friendly environment. Monthly internship allowance. Opportunity to learn and improve professional skills, technical skills with international standards, gain hands-on experience in a professional working environment. Support for internship confirmation letter and graduation report Work from home 2 days a week.
Job Description
- Recruitment Support : Assist with job postings, CV screening, interview arrangements.
- HR Operations : Update candidate / employee databases,
- Employee Engagement : Support internal activities
- Office Administration :
- Provide support to employees, visitors, and guests.
- Assist receptionist tasks : welcome visitors, arrange meeting rooms, handle correspondence.
- Support logistics such as refreshments, document distribution, and office coordination.
- Perform other HR & Admin duties as assigned.
