Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in a dedicated Business Analyst role.

Proven track record in developing products, features, or services within the banking or financial services sector.

Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills, with a structured problem-solving approach.

Curious, proactive mindset with a desire to drive change and challenge traditional approaches.

Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments alongside Product and Tech teams.

Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
