The Role

As a CRM Specialist (Asia-based) at WPT Global, you will drive player engagement and retention through data-informed lifecycle marketing. You’ll design, launch, and optimise campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels, working closely with Product, Design, and Customer Support to deliver a consistent, high-quality player experience.

This is a remote role operating on 02 : 00–10 : 00 UTC to align with global teams. Fluency in English is required, and we are seeking proficiency in Mandarin or another Asian language such as Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Malay, Tagalog / Filipino, or Korean to support regional localisation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of CRM experience in the iGaming industry (casino or poker required).
  • Deep understanding of bonus systems, wagering logic, and retention mechanics.
  • Hands-on experience with Customer.io or similar CRM tools (e.g., Optimove, Braze, Solitics, Smartico, etc.).
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with segmentation logic and dynamic data attributes.
  • HTML knowledge for email editing and template adjustments.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional language is a strong plus.
  • Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about CRM and player experience.
  • Basic understanding of online poker and casino player behavior.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and optimize CRM campaigns targeting specific customer segments across all channels (email, push, SMS, and in-app).
  • Build automated customer journeys and real-time triggers to engage players throughout their lifecycle — from onboarding to VIP reactivation.
  • Configure and test bonuses and promotions (casino, poker, and cross-sell) within the CRM platform.
  • Analyse player behaviour and campaign performance, identifying opportunities for optimisation and improved retention.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Customer Support teams to ensure a seamless player experience and message consistency.
  • Localise campaigns and adapt communication strategies for different regions and languages.
  • Maintain CRM data hygiene, ensuring accurate segmentation, attributes, and dynamic content.
  • Monitor KPIs and prepare weekly performance reports.
  • Assist in A / B testing of campaign content, timing, and incentives to continuously improve effectiveness.
