Job Responsibilities
The deployment and assistance with business application and business intelligence solutions.
- Acquire understanding of application solutions and established business system processes to propose and implement quality information technology solutions for business users.
- Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of current systems. Develop strategies for enhancing or maximizing these systems.
- Take the lead in planning, designing, developing, and deploying new applications as well as improving existing ones.
- Proactively oversee and manage business application solutions to ensure smooth support for corporate and global operations.
- Define integration requirements and solutions for corporate and global systems.
- Recommend, develop, and adhere to standards for documenting business application systems and processes.
- Prepare user manuals for training purposes.
- Collect and organize documents to fulfill the requirements of IT SOX audits.
System requirements analysis

Over five years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting application software, with a focus on SAP.Specifically, possess over three years of hands-on experience with SAP, demonstrating proficiency in SAP Material Management (MM) and Production Planning (PP).Proficient in understanding the manufacturing process utilizing ERP Business solutions such as Epicor, Oracle, and SAP.Capable of managing business requirements effectively using established methodologies.Demonstrated experience in supporting and / or implementing various business application software packages.Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with end-users and management. Proficient in both oral and written communication in English.Familiar with modern database technologies, including the ability to analyze programs and utilize utility tools based on SQL, Oracle, etc.Experienced with various computer operating systems, relational databases, and report writing tools, including MS SQL, Crystal Reports, MS SSRS, and Power BI.
